Very pleased

So I would equate this with other specialty coffees I've tried like Counter Culture and Stumptown. It's just as good, maybe even better and I really enjoyed the subtle tasting notes, though making it too strong can actually overpower those, I've noticed. My BF makes cold brew out of it and that's also delicious. Definitely recommended if you like third wave coffee.

I ordered because it looked very different than what I usually get. I am happy I did, it's very rich and full-bodied, as I like. A little pricey but superior to the cheaper stuff, I'd say.

Great coffee, fun packaging!

I don't usually buy stuff off web ads but I was intrigued by the crazy video with the girl I saw. Was not disappointed. The coffee is really good, strong and rich and the bag it came in is super cool. I would just suggest maybe better packaging for the actual beans because I had no way to seal the little bag when I was done using it. But overall, very pleased.

Our signature blends are sourced from top micro-lots in Columbia and Brazil. Our superb Chillaxer Decaff comes from the southern part of Mexico, in Oaxaca, and our single origins come from the country specified with each coffee.

Accelerator and Mysterioso would be called medium-roasts and Death Defier and Astonisher are darker roasts. All are decidedly in the third wave/specialty coffee space albeit in the slightly more traditional sense, meaning richer and more chocolatey rather than light and fruity, like some modern roasters. We believe we have optimized our coffees to deliver the perfect blend of fruit, cocoa, and refined acidity that every great cup must have.

Without knowing your current roast, we can only tell you that BKSpeed is highly regarded third wave specialty coffee, with over 250K cups sold here in NYC.
